YUMMM!!

I noticed a sign today in the window of a store we were driving pass in a new lil plaza/strip mall and wondered what was going in and I could not beleive my eyes.....my heart skipped a beat even.....

This will be just down the road and around the corner from us like 10 minutes away!! Now we can have a delious sweet pork salad quickly for dinner when I don't have the time to make it for us!! So now when the menu at our house says Costa Vida night it could mean we will be getting it for take out instead of homemade!! Every day I think I like it out here in the good ol Q.C. more and more!!
