Kenna-loo is now 2!!

We celebrated Kenna's 2nd birthday a few weeks ago. Her birthday was on a Sunday. So the Friday before we went to Makutus Island to have fun. My mom and dad and Jessie and her boyfriend Brandon came too. The kids all had fun running all over enjoy every inch of the place from top to bottom. They enjoyed all the different climbing, crawling, sliding, and running around. It is totally a place for kids to be kids and with it being indoor that is a bonus!

Walker was so busy I couldn't really get a picture of him. My mom followed around the two little ones and they had fun. Walker liked having grandma's attention. Thanks mom! Tanner and Jessie even had fun too! We can't wait until we all can go again for a fun FHE or afternoon trip!!

We then went to Barro's for dinner because it's our family's favorite family place to eat out at. We all enjoyed the evening and were glad that our family could join us. Then on Sunday everyone came over after the afternoon session of General Conference (which was enjoyable to hear from our beloved Prophet and his Apostles). I made for dinner chicken & steak & vege. kabobs over rice and a green salad. It was delicious. We then had the cake!! My multi talented friend Heidi made the beautiful and delicious cake!! (Thanks Heidi!!) It was three layers. One layer of chocolate then a layer of white then another layer of chocolate cake. Kenna got some fun gifts that she has enjoyed and we all had a great evening and enjoyed cake for the next few days! YUM!!

Amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do...............

Well we still have not sold our Mesa home yet but we have finally gotten the inside and outside repainted new RV gate and new carpet in too!! WAHOOOOOOO!!!! We still have a few details left like putting up the new light fixtures and outlet plates and Rob still has to paint the front door. I like the new paint color for the outside it has a Arizona look to it. The new tan carpet is neutral so it can go with any color scheme a buyer would want unlike my emerald green carpet that I got 13 years ago and I liked it but I guess it was a personal taste type thing!! It looks like a completely different house to me!! I am pleased at how it all came together and am hoping that it will finally sale now with the fresh new look! See what you think. If this doesn't sale it then we might just have to take interested buyers door to door to do a meet and greet with the neighbors so they will know what great neighbors they could have!!!! We really do miss all of our old neighbors:)
