My little sister Jessica and her fiance Brandon finally got married!!!! ♥YEA♥ Sadly most of my pictures suck....hey they wanted me to help with food not pictures for a reason I guess!! Here is the Bishop, Brandon and his friend Jacob who was his best man.
Rebecca Brandon's little sister as the flower girl and Walker as the ring boy.
Poor Walker started to cry cuz he couldn't see us and thought he didn't know anyone until Brandon put his hand on his shoulder and he finally looked up and realized it was Brandon so he stood by him and was fine after that.
Here comes the bride........
Here they are right before Rob gave the prayer.
The ceremony.......
Jessie giving me the "Go Away" look....hahaha
Brandon giving Jessie her ring. So when Jess went to give him his ring it was really tied on the pillow and she tried to get it a couple of times but had just gotten her nails done that day and wasn't use to them yet so she couldn't...So true Jessie fashion she just ripped the whole ribbon part off the pillow and that took care of it!!
The vows.....
The wedding party. Jacob -best man- Brandon & Jessie
Shayla -Maid of Honor- Walker -the best and cutest ring boy ever- Rebecca -flower girl-
Here is Tanner enjoying dinner......We had a salad bar just as Jessie wanted with rolls and different types of salads....Chicken Caesar salad, Pasta Salad, Macaroni salad, Mixed greens with Strawberries, Feta, candied pecans and poppyseed dressing, Mixed Greens with pears, Feta, Candied Pecans and a Citrus Vinaigrette dressing and a Jello salad. It was a light dinner that was so tasty.
Walker done being the ring boy and playing around.
Walker Kenna Carter and my nephew Chance having a grand time in the hallway!! I love Chance's arms in this picture he is really running for all he is worth...so cute!!
Cutting the cake.....
The super delicious cake! Linda Applebee one of my young womens leaders from back in the day made this for Jessie. It was all different flavors which were all good but the carrot cake one was to die for....yummy!!
Cooper had my camera for some of the evening too.....
Kennedy♥
Carter and me dancing. He came up when it was time for everyone to dance and said you and dad should go dance and I reminded him dads back was killing him so that was not gonna happen so he asked me to dance....It was sweet but he kinda looked like I had forced him to or something!!
So for planning and carrying out a wedding in about a one month time frame I think it went pretty good. Jessie also paid for alot of it herself. It was a great evening and so excited for Jessie and Brandon's new life as husband and wife.....welcome officially to the family Brandon.

Fish Stories Told Here....................

I went with Carter on his 2nd grade fieldtrip to the Sea Life Aquarium here in Tempe Arizona. We were among one of the first schools to go there since its opening just a few weeks before!! SEA LIFE Arizona transports visitors into the amazing ocean world, providing close encounters with a vast array of creatures including seahorses, sharks, rays, tropical fish and more!
When we arrived we sat and listened to a instructor explain about the animals we would see inside. She used stuffed animals to show the kids what animal she was talking about. The children were mesmerized!! Carter sat still the entire time and loved all the information he was learning!!
I had 6 kids in my group and it wasn't to bad only one girl kept running off. I was busy keeping track of here so not many pictures unfortunately. We saw a lot of different Sea animals and enjoyed ourselves. After the feildtrip was over instead of going home I stayed with Carter till school got out and when I went with him to mathlab we played......Quizmo! I loved that game when I was a kid! :-) sadly I still suck at math!!hahahaha It was a fun day!!

Who is the "Best Super Hero in the World".........
I had a really nice Mother's Day this year. I got to sleep in as usual!! I got my breakfast in bed as usual!! I got my handmade cards and presents as usual!! A few changes tho...I premade a breakfast casserole the day before so they could bake it on Sunday morning but only because I was making them already for my sister's bridal shower that was that weekend. I also went and bought my own gift a few days before hand. My blackberry had been acting weird so I went and got a new phone. It made for an easy Mother's Day for Rob....hahaha!! Here are my cards.....
Here is the inside of the card Cooper made at school.....I was cracking up at what he wrote for it but mostly the part where he says "She is the best cook ever. Her enchiladas are the best. It is hard outside and it is soft inside. It has cheese ham and spices all over. When she makes brownies they're soft inside and hard outside. With chocolate chips. Her fried chicken is the bomb. Its hard outside and squishy in the inside. So I guess my secret to cooking is out......."EVERYTHING" I make is hard outside and soft inside and also I might have to try ham in my enchiladas instead of the beef or chicken I use.
Here is the inside of the big poster board card they made.....if you look by the tree I am sitting underneath reading a book.....I am red with black curly hair.....Also the book must be bad cuz I am frowning....hahaha
Tanner
Cooper
Carter
Walker had Carter write this for him....I never knew I was a super hero much less the best one in the world....the secret is out now I guess!! I am glad that Walker is my sidekick that is perfect!!
Kenna had Rob write hers.
At school Carter made me a card & silk flower arrangement with a pencil in the middle for me to use. At home he made me these tulip flowers out of tinfoil and colored them with markers and taped them in a plastic cup he cut down to size....umm....he just thought of it on his own...At scouts he made me a pair of earrings and a bracelet that were so beautiful!! He was proud of ALL his gifts.....how long do you keep tinfoil flowers before tossing them out????
We had a nice dinner that evening with my parents and my sister and her husband and my brother and his wife.

1 mother + 1 daughter = 2 best friends having fun........
Well the boys went on the Father's and Son's camp out so us girls had to have fun!! I took our picture before we left but my lil short arms aren't made to get good pictures...
When I told Kenna we could have whatever she wanted for lunch she got all excited and said orange chicken....so off to Panda Express.
Then we headed to San Tan Mall and wandered through many stores until we ended up at Build-A-Bear. Where she made a dog that she named Chocolate Chip Cookie but just calls her Cookie.
Then we had to play at the play area....... UP
DOWN
And all around......
We went to her favorite store two times and spent forever in there looking at, talking too, and petting the puppies but that was just fine because that was what she wanted to do.
We went to the video store and rented chick flicks! Went to the grocery store and picked up some snacks. Then for dinner she wanted nachos so we went to Costa Vida and got take out. She fell asleep in the car cause it was such a long day for her.
When we finally got home she woke up and we ate and snuggled up for our night of movies.....she fell asleep within an hour. It was so fun to have an official Mother and Daughter night for the first time ever...but secretly I did miss my Walker boy.

Let's go fly a kite............
The kids got kites for Easter so for F.H.E. one night we went to fly them. When I had ran my errands that day it was perfect kite flying weather so when Rob got home from work I suggested the kite flying. As I made dinner that evening looking out the window by the sink it looked like it would still be windy enough but by the time we got to the grassy area it wasn't really that windy. Did that stop us......NO!!
So away we all went in our different directions trying really hard!! Finally we had to stop cause it was dark and this last crash resulted in this........
So it then turned into wrestling and dog piling in the grass.

So I came to a conclusion that night I realized I have NEVER flown a kite in all my entire life! So as I was running...I am sure cars were stopping to point & laugh..and trying my hardest to help different kids get their kites in the air the kite just kept dragging along behind me. Finally Rob speaks up and is "What are you doing" I told him "I was trying to fly a kite...duh!!" He finally informed me how to properly do it and had gotten a few of the kites up at different times for a lil bit. By the end of the evening I was laughing so hard I was crying as Rob was retelling how he was watching my kite flying skills and just shaking his head in ....amusement/amazment I am sure!! Also each of the kids learned real quick to go to Dad for help on this adventure......I think we will have to try that again in the fall.
